Thank you for subscribing to Tattooify.ai! Our goal is to provide you with the best virtual tattoo simulation service. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds on subscriptions purchased directly from our website, tattooify.ai.
1. General Policy
As a general rule, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
This policy is in place due to the significant costs associated with running the AI models that power our Service. Each tattoo generation and simulation consumes substantial server resources.
However, we understand that circumstances can vary, and we offer a limited refund window for new customers under specific conditions, as detailed below.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
A. Timeframe
You must request the refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests made after this 7-day period will not be considered.
B. Limited Usage
During this 7-day period, your account must have been used to generate 10 or fewer AI tattoo artworks.
Why this limit? We define "active usage" as generating more than 10 artworks. Due to the high server costs, we cannot offer refunds to users who have actively used the service. This policy allows you to fairly test the Pro features without heavily consuming resources.
C. First-Time Subscriber
This refund policy applies only to a user's first subscription purchase. Renewals or subsequent subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.
D. No Free Trial
If you signed up for a subscription that included a free trial period, you are not eligible for a refund after the trial ends and the first payment is made.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet all the eligibility criteria above, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
In your email, please include:
- The email address associated with your Tattooify account.
- The date of your purchase.
- A brief reason for your request.
We will review your request based on the eligibility criteria and notify you of our decision within 5-7 business days.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. To cancel, please access your personal account through the Stripe Customer Portal (you can find the link in your original subscription confirmation email) or contact us for assistance.
Canceling your subscription will disable automatic renewal, but you will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current paid period. Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
5. Processing Time and Method
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated for violating our payment terms. We reserve the right to provide the financial institution with evidence that the transaction was valid and authorized by you.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving technical issues on our end that prevent you from using the service, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy. Each case will be reviewed individually at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and we encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
